How can I place an online order on the Midinette website?

To purchase, choose the item you want, select the size and color, and add it to your cart. Then follow the wizard to complete your order.

Do I have to register to complete a purchase or can I order as a guest?

You can choose whether to create an account to facilitate future purchases or order as a guest, without registering.

Is it possible to change or cancel an order after confirmation?

Once confirmed, the order cannot be changed. If you wish to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service immediately.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and, upon shipment, a link to track your order.
On our homepage, you can find the "Track Your Order" page where you can enter the tracking number you received via email to track your order.

Can I add an item to a completed order?

It is not possible to add items to a confirmed order; we invite you to make a new purchase or contact Customer Service promptly.

What are the expected delivery times in Italy and abroad?

In Italy, delivery generally takes 2-4 business days. Delivery times abroad may vary depending on the destination.

Which couriers do you use for shipments?

How can I track my order shipment?

Can I choose free in-store pickup?

Yes, you can select the “Collect in store” option at checkout from those available, at no additional cost.

Are shipping costs automatically calculated at checkout?

Yes, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination and weight of the package and are visible before confirming the order.

Returns and Refunds

How many days do I have to return an item?

You can make a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How can I start the return process?

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service by email. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Are the return costs paid by the customer or the company?

Shipping costs for returns via courier are the customer's responsibility. Alternatively, you can return your item free of charge at one of our boutiques.

Can I exchange an item for another size or color?

We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.
