PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of confirmation. Once handed over to the courier, estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges are not included in the order total and will be paid in full by the recipient.
These costs, determined by the destination country's customs authorities, are calculated based on the declared value of the goods and may be charged directly by the courier upon delivery (DHL Express).
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, which may vary depending on the destination country, product category, and local regulations.
We recommend checking with your local customs authorities for any additional costs before placing an order.
Important: Refusing an international delivery or failing to pay customs duties may result in storage or return costs, which will still be charged to the customer.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup. We kindly ask you to bring a copy of your order confirmation or proof of identity.
