RETURNS & REFUNDS

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To exercise the right of withdrawal and initiate a return request, the Customer may use the dedicated form available on the "Right of Withdrawal" page of the website, filling in the required fields and submitting the request within 14 days of receiving the order.

Alternatively, the Customer may send a written notification to the email address info@midinette.online, providing the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Order date
  • Item(s) and quantity
  • Reason for return (optional), e.g., item too small, item too large, defective item, or other

Upon receipt of the request, Midinette will send an acknowledgment of receipt along with the necessary instructions for returning the Products.

You may choose one of the following return methods:

  • In-store return, with a refund issued to the original payment method

  • Courier return, with a refund issued to the original payment method

Please note: Size or item exchanges via courier are currently unavailable. You will need to place a new order in such cases.


RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of order delivery.

  • Once approved, you have 14 additional days to send the items back.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • In the event of withdrawal from the entire order, the initial standard delivery costs will also be refunded. Any additional costs resulting from the selection of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered will not be refunded. In the event of a partial return, the initial delivery costs will not be refunded. The direct costs of returning the products by courier shall be borne by the Customer.

  • Returns can only be initiated after delivery, as confirmed via courier tracking or by our boutique staff.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and seals intact.

We reserve the right to reject returns:

  • Brought to store or sent back after the 14-day window following return approval

  • Containing items that do not meet return conditions

  • Submitted without prior email notification

  • With removed or tampered tags/seals

Returns of Gift Cards are NOT accepted.


IN-STORE RETURNS

To return in store:

  1. Use the dedicated form available on the "Right of Withdrawal" page of the website or send an email to info@midinette.online with all the required information.

  2. Specify that you wish to return the item in store, and which boutique

  3. Wait for confirmation via email

Once you receive the confirmation, visit the selected boutique with:

  • The items to return (in perfect condition and packed individually)

  • Your order documents or order confirmation email (digital copy accepted)

Refunds will be authorized in store, but no cash refunds will be issued.

For orders picked up in store, you can start a return after collection by emailing us.


COURIER RETURNS

For a return via courier:

  1. Use the dedicated form available on the "Right of Withdrawal" page of the website or send an email to info@midinette.online with all the required information.

  2. Specify that you would like to return the item(s) via courier

  3. You may:
    a. Ship the package independently with a courier of your choice
    b. Or request our assistance in arranging a pickup

The return address will be provided via email upon confirmation.

Please ensure:

  • All items being returned are included in a single package

  • The package is securely sealed

  • A shipping label is visibly placed on the outside

Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Please note:

  • All items to be returned must be shipped together in one package, regardless of how many boxes were originally received

  • Returns for different orders must be processed separately

  • If you are returning additional items from the same order, they must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense – we recommend consolidating returns per order

  • Refunds will only be processed for items returned according to our policy

If your return pickup is missed, you can reschedule directly with the assigned courier (DHL or BRT).


REFUNDS

Refunds are issued by crediting the amount of the returned or cancelled items to the same payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed after the return has been authorized.

Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several days.

We cannot issue refunds if the return procedure has not been correctly followed.

In the event of withdrawal from the entire order, the initial standard delivery costs will also be refunded.
