ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
This Policy governs the conditions and procedures for cancelling orders placed via the website www.midinette.online.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION PRIOR TO SHIPMENT
The Customer may request the cancellation of an order only before it has been processed or handed over to the courier for shipment.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it. In such cases, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedures and timeframes set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Returns and Refunds Policy.
2. HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION
To request an order cancellation, the Customer may use the dedicated online form on the "Right of Withdrawal" page or send an email to midinette.info@gmail.com.
The request must include at least the following information:
- Order number;
- Full name.
3. REFUND FOLLOWING CANCELLATION
If the cancellation request is received and accepted before the order is processed or shipped, Midinette will issue a full refund of the amount paid, using—wherever possible—the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Credit processing times may vary depending on the banking institution, payment network, or payment service provider involved.
